Check-in, Check- out

Occupation available from every day at 12, on date of arrival. Check-out has to be finished at 10 o clock on the date of departure. If you may differ of the writtens above, please let us know during the reservation. We will provide you a flexible personal check-in schedule.

Keys

Guests will get their own keys for the apartment. Guests will be responsible for the keys during the time of their stay.

Navigation

You only can approach he apartment from the direction of University Hospital (PTE - 400 Beds, Ifjúság str.), not from the direction of Donátus district. In case you are using GPS, please type 10 Bagoly dűlő, this way the GPS will guide you to the right destination.

Payment and deposit

Payment is due before check-in. We accept, credit cards, cash, or holiday tickets. If you do not have a credit card, you have to transfer a 20 percent deposit on the following bank account for confirming the reservation:

In the comment frame please write your booking number!

The reservation will stay on a temporary basis for a maximum of 4 days until the deposit transferred to our account. If the amount does not transferred to our account in four days, reservation will be erased automatically. If you planning to pay by holiday tickets, we will turn back the deposit for you during check-in.
The amount of local tourist-tax is 350 HUF, which is payable at arrival.

Cancellation costs

30 days before arrival: 30% of the total booking fee
29-15 days before arrival: 40% of the total booking fee
14 days before arrival: 60% of the total booking fee

Other

The apartment has been cleaned totally after each guests. We are providing new and clean bedclothes, and towel for our guests. Please leave the used towels, and bedclothes on the floor when leaving. Smoking is allowed only on the terrace. Pets are not allowed in the apartment. Please do not disturb the calmness of the neighborhood during the use of the terrace.

For your convenience we provide free WiFi broadband access with unlimited download traffic.

Children friendly apartment

We are kindly welcome guests with children. For them we provide additional equipment.

Additional services

We are accepting reservations for 1- or 2 nights as well, without any additional prices. We are welcome our university student guests also. Bycicle emplacement available. If you need any further information or service during your stay please feel free to give us a call. We are able to give out bills of all the services we provide you during your stay.
